About our founder Ori J. Sivan is the founder and Managing Partner of Parliament Consulting, a firm dedicated to empowering legacy family and entrepreneur-led organizations. Ori brings a unique blend of strategic insight and hands-on operational excellence to his clients.
His career is built on a foundation of rigorous problem-solving, stemming from his background in Engineering and invaluable experience in the military, which instilled in him an unwavering commitment to pursuing excellence. Prior to founding Parliament, Ori served as Operating Partner and COO at Mooza Capital, a family office with extensive real estate, cannabis, and technology holdings. Before that, he was a Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Private Equity Performance Improvement management consulting group, where he honed his expertise as a consultant in the private equity space.
Ori founded Parliament with the conviction that top-tier management consulting and operating best practices, typically reserved for large private equity-owned and corporate entities, should be accessible to all.
